As CPO, Coccaro leads the people strategy behind ICIMS’ mission to reimagine how the world hires. She is passionate about building an equitable, inclusive workplace where the global ICIMS team is empowered to do their best work and deliver exceptional hiring experiences for customers worldwide. 

Before stepping into the CPO role, Coccaro served as Chief of Staff at ICIMS, driving the prioritization and execution of strategic initiatives for the Office of the CEO and senior leadership team, and also was an HR Business Partner prior, giving her a uniquely end-to-end perspective on what it takes to build and sustain a high-performing workforce. Prior to ICIMS, she spent nearly a decade at Credit Suisse, rising to Vice President and partnering with global business units across core HR, internal mobility and campus recruiting. Coccaro holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Fordham University.
